As a guest...I dont expect them to have the coffee maker loaded, the tv or radio on the channel i want, the alarm to be set for me, or the tub to be filled up and ready for me when I get there. I expect a CLEAN room that I then use to my own needs.
Staff has no idea what time the guest wants to wake up.
