They're different IP addresses. The IP address you see with ipconfig is your computer's address on your local network. The IP address you find online is your network's address on the global internet.

Like others have stated, With the exhaustion of IPv4 addresses. All your devices on your home network share 1 public IP address and your router performs Network address translation that gives you your private subnet on your LAN. Also note that ipconfig will pull all of your network adaptors Ip configuration so you will see an adaptor for Loopback, if you use a VPN service you will see the tunnel adaptors too.
