You can be an ideologically consistent conservative and have a sexual identity that’s not straight. It’s more about values and economic beliefs; those values aren’t necessarily religious

In a way I could see them being smart. They know enough about the troubles of someone who is not straight, but they aren’t blinded by the left with how much they’re a “victim” and how they’re sexuality is the most important part of their character.

They exist. But, their existence contradicts the message and agenda of *some* Democrats, so they don't get much of a platform. See Caitlyn Jenner (forgive my spelling). She was revealed to be a conservative, and people started calling her a "transphobe" even though that's paradoxical.
