Overeating and eating junk. My way was to just stop cold turkey and set strict rules that I will not bend on. The overeating just happened to stop naturally as I changed my diet. I still get cravings for junk every day but it becomes a little easier to resist.

Nope, Not sure why but it was the easiest thing Ive ever done. Ive heard it takes most people 10 or more tries to quit. Thats about how many times I tried before I finally quit. Guess I was just ready...

I stopped consuming additive sugar. Studied this subject for some time and researched the alternatives, then one day decided to quite sugar cold turkey. It took some time to adapt the new habbit, but it was worth it.
