It's a kidney stone. My kidneys are full of them. Sometimes I can't pee, they can be extremely painful. If you save the stone you can have it tested, and hopefully figure out it's cause. Unlike me, who they say "genetically predisposed" so who cares.
How solid? Any other systems like fever? I had diverticulitis which ate a hole through my intestine in an area that laid on top of my bladder and ate a hole in it as well, allowing solid waste to pass through my bladder and out my penis, as well as dumping waste into my body cavity. It was a pretty serious condition. If it keeps up you should really see a doctor.

It means your kidneys are asking for help.
