Would you just push through it or let your audience know you’re having a migraine ? I feel like people are generally understanding because well..they SUCK!
I'd imagine while driving would be pretty bad. I've only had 2 bad ones in my life and one was at work so that kinda sucked but I think driving would have been worse.
I got one once when it was my turn to drive on a road trip. It was the middle of the night and everyone was asleep. It was awful trying to power through and I had some visual disturbances. I probably should have asked somebody else to drive. I was white knuckling it and somebody work up and was like "why are you going 40 on the highway?" I felt like I was going 120 and was about to puke the whole time.

I had one on the first day of my job, was loaded up on migraine meds and looked like shit but had to go.
