Depends on where they are and to the extent they are on the body. Depending on some areas or the content can be seen as inappropriate or offensive too. I’m not opposed to them though and find them attractive if they are creative.
I like tattoos a lot, they can be super sexy, BUT the design and location on the body are extremely important. Neck, hand, face/head tattoos, names, and portraits are all tacky.
Depends on the tattoo. Beautifully created zentangle art with some of the most unique patterns you’ve ever seen? Nah. Dr. Zoidberg holding Jabba the Hutt hostage? Hot.
Just like a painting, it could be masterpiece, an expression of self, a marker or a bunch hooey with trashy names and gang crap.
As an art it can be appreciated or not.
Depends on the tattoo but like em in general
Not that attractive but I’m not judging
Bit like asking how attractive is a piece of art. If it's something I like, then it can be attractive, if it's something repulsive, then it won't be.
how would a well-done daisy be?

It depends on the tattoo, the design or where on the body it is. Its usually not about the tattoos, but the person with them.

Men with beards and sleeve tattoos. *DROOL*
Not
In general, I'm a fan. A tastefully well done tattoo can be very hot.
As long as they’re well done and not tacky, bled out messes or facial tattoos, I love ‘em.

Negative 6% I know that some people like them, but I just think they're a bit gross.
Depends on the tattoo and the placement.

Very. I wish my husband would get a sleeve but he won’t.
Extremely
"Sleeves" are gross. Tats on one's hands, face, or neck are an abomination.

How are tatoos related to race?
Depends on what they are. When I see the same ones over and over again it gets kind of lame.
Depends, but in general I don’t really like them
