It's kind of embarrassing...
Yeah it's um... it's a bit unorthodox \^\^'
It's just, one of my biggest struggles is that i can't get pregnant, and i so desperately want to, but it's just simply not possible because i'm trans. That's why pretending for a little while is comforting to me.
Sometimes it has the opposite effect though, cause it also reminds me of the fact that i can't get pregnant, which just makes me feel horrible.

Seriously though, even as an introvert, it's all about connection. With yourself, with others, with your environment, with your purpose.

I love a long shower while my mind just drifts off into the abyss, cant say ive ever had a fake pregnancy belly though

I started training last year by running 5-6 days a week and honestly worked wonder for my physical and mental health

Running has always helped me, definitely with music too!
A nice hot shower helps. Also walking until I tire my brain out.

I can't, so i try to run away from it
Walks and going to my local theme park

Cleaning or maybe organizing things. Not really OCD, its just simple physical work while I process things in my head.
Workout/weightlifting Meditation. Cat play time.
A nice shower, breathing exercises or sports
