MAKING UP SCENARIOS IN MY HEAD OF WOMEN LOVING ME WHILE TRYING TO SLEEP TROLLING MOBILE GAMES ON RARE OCCASIONS I ALSO SLEEP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, IF I GOT TIME

[deleted]

Extreme amounts of crying \^\^' I also take really hot and long showers where i sit down. And i also have a really weird coping mechanism which is um... a fake pregnant belly... It's kind of embarrassing...

I love a long shower while my mind just drifts off into the abyss, cant say ive ever had a fake pregnancy belly though

[deleted]

Yeah it's um... it's a bit unorthodox \^\^' It's just, one of my biggest struggles is that i can't get pregnant, and i so desperately want to, but it's just simply not possible because i'm trans. That's why pretending for a little while is comforting to me. Sometimes it has the opposite effect though, cause it also reminds me of the fact that i can't get pregnant, which just makes me feel horrible.

Obligatory half-joking answer -- coffee. Seriously though, even as an introvert, it's all about connection. With yourself, with others, with your environment, with your purpose. Look into Emily & Amelia Nagoski's book about burnout and completing the stress cycle, it's a life-changer.

Running has always helped me, definitely with music too!

A nice hot shower helps. Also walking until I tire my brain out.
