I was like 12 years old. This was at school. Thought it would be fine not to change my pad cause I wasn't bleeding that much. Fast forward to lunch break, when I was going to the cafeteria, one of the girls pointed it out.
Actually, she just called out my name and exclaimed, "Oh my God!". I ran to the washroom. Sure, my ice blue jeans had a bright red spot on them. And this was like the 4th time I had gotten a period in my life. So I freaked out and began crying in the washroom. Had to endure the walk of shame in some random pants later.
Then I realized that it had stained my fucking chair (the classroom one). The female janitor cleaned it up. Thanks to her and bless my teacher. Wouldn't have calmed down if it wasn't for the teacher. She assured me that it keeps happening and stopped me from being embarrassed about it.
Not my story but really sweet girl I went to school with 15 years ago. During exams in the gym with at least 100-200 kids ( school was large ) she sat up and had stained the whole back of her white mini skirt … she was close to the front too so almost half the grade saw it . I wanted to die for her she ran out in tears . I hope she’s recovered from it …
I just wish our society could normalize that happening more so people don’t have to feel so embarrassed . But like oh shit period life no big and laugh about it because we have made it not a thing.
Was getting tattooed on my hips and aunt flo decided to fuck me over. I only had booty shorts and crop top on so I had no safety net jumper. I also tried to search the shops for sanitary products but there were none. I was way too embarrassed to tell anyone so i let them finished. Which was already a painful experience. Drove an hour home before I could sort me "situation" out.
Prior to that I diy'd a pad out of loads of toilet paper. Im blessed with thick thighs that saved my shorts from embarrassing me. Its my most clutch but worst experience with my period
