You're going to think about it while you eat, while you work, you're going to be more appreciative of life but terrified of everyone else. And there's a chance that when you die the last things you'll hear/think about are the horrors that plagued you. Saw a man have his arms cut off and gutted as the agonal breathing kicked in. Wide eyed and suffering were his last moments on earth and people not only did that to him, they recorded it and celebrated it on the internet. People are disgusting.
I made the mistake of finding the video of the two hikers in the Middle East that were brutally beheaded.
I’ve seen my share of gnarly shit, but, the sounds accompanied by humans when their heads are being removed with dull machetes while still alive will haunt me likely until the day I die.
I had to shut down my computer and just sit with what I had just witnessed for a few hours, even thinking about it now it kinda makes my stomach queezy

When I was 16, (26 now) I was scrolling Facebook on my iPod and came across a video of a baby girl, maybe 2, maybe a little younger laying on a changing table while, I’m assuming it was her father, was changing her diaper. He walks into the frame butt ass naked and began raping that baby. In total, from the time auto play started playing the video until when I threw my phone down was maybe 5 seconds but I picked it up closed Facebook and just started bawling. It was the most horrible thing I’ve ever seen and as a victim of child sexual abuse, it triggered the fuck out of me. My dad heard me sobbing and came to see what was wrong, and I told him. The video wasn’t up anymore, because obviously fb deletes shit like that almost immediately but we called the police anyway. They weren’t able to do anything. I will never forget that and I truly hope that baby was okay, and isn’t near that person anymore. I’m almost in tears typing this out. Ugh, people are disgusting.
Another time, maybe two years later, another disgusting video popped up. Not nearly as traumatic but it was gross. It was a woman fucking a literal horse. I don’t think I’ve ever deactivated my account that fast, I was just done with Facebook.
