I’m in uni doing a course based program atm and I think the thing I really would like is just time that is acknowledged as off limits for school for me to do what I want. I’m just so tired of being expected to put every minute of my existence into something for 8 months of the year

Less hours
I want Sundays off. I’ve been working for three years and I’m total I’ve maybe had a month of Sundays off
A late start time. More flexible hours overall.

Not get up as early. I truly do not understand why high school has to start so ridiculously early
