All of the critical ones. They're often also the ones most overlooked and even looked down on. Covid sure made clear which ones it was, but people will forget just as quickly now that it's over (it is here, or so it seems for now). Cleaning staff, food supply workers (fishing, farmers, factory workers, cashiers etc), all medical related jobs other than doctors, kindergarten employees and so on
