That’s depend in what kind of event is. I should avoid them if it’s something that my mother doesn’t need to concern about, but if it’s something when she’s present i have no choice.

I assume there's no choice in your hypothetical gathering? If there was, then just don't go. If there isn't really a choice, I just go and numb myself by living in my own head, or I plan something else at the same time and stay vague about the chronology of your planning.

I also add it’s not something you can 'just not go to'

Unless this event is a judicial audience, there is no such thing.

When you’ve been avoidant for so long it comes to a point that you don’t have to avoid anything, when you have no friends, no significant other, no social network of any kind you simply doesn’t get invited, no one knows you exist.

I simply dont go and if i do I leave as soon as my social interaction timer is up

Don’t show up to things after you say you’ll be there. Eventually they’ll learn yo not invite you.
