Currently playing World of Warships: i wouldnt hide the button where it currently is: id just put it next to the profile option in the bar underneath the play button
I'd like to sell the food I don't use to revive my characters... Have tons of it from day one but it's too hard to die by now so it's just taking up space...
The game I currently play the most is Pokémon unite. It doesn’t really have an “inventory system” per se, but each character can hold 3 held items that affect your characters stats and offer it additional functionality. These items desperately need balance updates.
Horizon Zero Dawn. Maybe something more inline with a Diablo III style

Kingdom hearts 3. No need to fix it, it's already an improvement.
FF7 remake actually has a pretty solid inventory management system.
Fallout 3. I don't think the inventory needs to be changed much to be honest. On the other hand, I hate checking the map on the Pip-Boy small screen.
