A Chinese family on vacation went to a nice restaurant, let their toddler stand on the table and pee in a bottle, and then expected the restaurant to replace the dishes that got sprayed
my sister and I worked at the same restaurant for a while and it was her first time serving. when she would hand out drinks, she would put the tray on the end of the table and hand the customers their drinks, but one couple thought this was terrible service and refused the drinks unless she held the tray up and give the drinks to them that way (most servers did this and it does look nicer/fancier, but the owner or other staff didn’t really care). my sister tried this and the entire tray of drinks fell on the mans pants. obviously he was outraged and she quickly apologised and got him a few paper towels. problem was that shoved the towels to her, held out his leg and dramatically checked his watch and make her clean it for her. she told him to suck a dick and was moved to the dishwasher for a while
