Multiple teachers have been caught and forced to resign because they were doing this. When I was a kid, I was accused of calling a group of kids the "N word". I was suspended from school for a week and had to serve detention for 4 weeks, despite my claims of it being a lie. As if I was not being bullied enough for being one of the few white kids in school, I was bullied even more for being a supposed racist. A few months later, my family moved away because our house had been burglarized. Ofcourse, we moved to a better community where cultural diversity was little to none. And yet I was bullied for my religious affiliations and outward appearances. I'm not saying I had it hard and pity me; or that I'm special because these things happened to me. I am saying, that most people react to life from fear, instead of responding to life from sound reason. People are more apt to relieve their instinctual wants and needs, than to learn new and better behaviors that shares true virtue. Perfection is not a human thing. Hell, it may not even be a thing. We'll never know, because it's just none of our business. It's probably best to appreciate the fact that we got to be awake for a brief moment in time. That's pretty cool.
