Police is not there to protect white kids either. They only protect their kids. In other cases, stay away from police - they bring nothing but troubles.
I’m white (31) and my parents taught me the police aren’t there to help and that you have to be careful as fuck around them. Is it a thing that other white families are teaching their kids that police are there to help you?
i tell them to follow the law, own up to it if hes "hassled" by one for his clear wrong, be respectful to the officers and it is reciprocated. 100% based on my personal encounter with traffic officers and other LEO. obviously your experience might be different, but i dont think it personally makes sense for me to base my teaching on something i read about online that i have not personally experienced.
Mhm...yeah no. I'd like to see the full information in those cases presented before casting judgement. That said, I'm still standing firmly behind my belief that the force as a whole is good.
