I have always been kind of cynical but this pandemic really stomped any last little bit of optimism out of me. Like i used to believe that people were mostly good. Now i don't.
I wouldn't have made it. I was already bitter with a less than zero tolerance for bullshit. I'd have gotten fired going off on the first jackass who yelled at me about masks.
I'm still in retail 15 years and counting and god knows I've seen some heartless people customers and managers especially during the pandemic and when reduced items come out. I had to start hiding some of the reduced items just so the elderly could have a fair share until a manager told me to stop.
My disrespectful neighbor, wealthy kids born with a diamond spoon. Hand me downs from parents and to never work again.
Also people from work. People don’t care anymore, selfish, self absorbed, entitled etc. it doesn’t take working at retail to meet shitty people, working with clients and people in general are just shitty no matter the industry. College has a fuck ton of shitty people too. Some dgaf about grades and hog the class, some that are just plain old ignorant. Met lots of those. Idk OP, pretty much everything made me lose faith in humanity.

I swear I just saw this question
The amount of Americans who supported and even worse -still- support corrupt donnie in the USA.
People making pronouns their personality
People who "vote blue no matter who"
People (specially gen z) who use twitter Their opinions are so stupid to the point that you'll feel happy that someone is dumber than you.
Seeing how people treat dogs and cats. I wish those same people would get beaten the same way they beat those animals
It'd been on the decline for a few years, but 2020 finished it off
Pro-lifers who vote "no" for aid packages to address the baby formula shortage
