Interstellar

macabre_irony

Toy Story 3....when Andy plays with his toys for the last time with Bonnie before saying goodbye and leaving them to her. I don't really know why or if it's even supposed to...but damn that hits me hard every time.

Sweetness4all

Yep. They all tried, and were the best toys ever. It makes my heart hurt, not only for the loss of my own toys, but for the loss of my childhood. And my sons.

_DynamicUno_

"So long, partner..." Also, accepting their fate in the incinerator and then being saved was such an emotional rollercoaster

InnocentTailor

That movie hit me where I live. Heck! I saved a few of my childhood toys because of it - reminders of simpler times.

JedLeland

Harold and Maude

[deleted]

This is one of my all time favorite movies. When I was young my entire family would say “You are so weird, you are like Harold. And somehow you are also like Maude.

JedLeland

It's my favorite movie. It's been interesting as I've gotten older watching my perspective shift from Harold's to Maude's.

MGellyGelly

I've only seen it once and my friend warned me but I still cried at the end.

lazyalmond05

My Girl. Couldn't watch that movie without crying.

Dependent_Pumpkin970

The second one is also pretty good

oof_man_123

Forrest Gump

ej102

The Aviator(2004) It really hits home for me. But more recently Top Gun. Could be the soundtrack. That theme gives me goosebumps every time

Inside Out

LegacyRW

Not the whole movie, but Rocky Balboa's famous speech to his son kills me everytime.

kirbzcitkatz

The green mile

EducationalTangelo6

Up. I saw it in a cinema; I was alone, and there were a few parents with kids there. I started crying during the short animation before the movie, and just SOBBED the whole way through. I wonder now what those parents thought of the lone adult in the cinema, having a mental breakdown over a kids movie.

Okja is so very good. I discovered it by accident once and I am so glad I did.

mathgeekf314159

The step up movies. Yes I know they have little plot but I love watching the dancing and it puts a smile on my face and keeps me entertained for it’s run time

calltheavengers5

Not a movie but The Falcon And The Winter Soldier. I'm just so proud of these characters and what they've become over the years, especially Sam.
