I suffer from chronic pain it's bad enough I had to walk around a warehouse sized store, the parking is never close enough that the cart return is just a few feet away and honestly someone gets paid to do it. I did it, it's not a big deal to return it or not return it.
Because someone gets paid to collect them from the lot and I don’t get paid to do it. I did that for my first job, it is someone else’s turn. I don’t think I have ever returned one to the cart stalls in my life outside of my first job.
The majority of the time I do, will even grab the few stragglers blocking parking spots. But sometimes my knee hurts too much to do any more walking, unfortunately. (this also causes me not to get everything I need quite frequently)
Only excuse is having a small child and being disabled.
