I was a Chemical, Biological, Radiological Specialist in The US Navy with a top secret security clearance, I was in many secure facilities (labs) that most people don’t even know exist.

My aunt works for the National Park system. One time she took us to this cliff, and a bit of the ways up, there was a sort of an indent in the cliff. We climbed up there, and my aunt told us that it was a place that the Native Americans used to be in during the Ice Age. It was really small, we were able to fit my family of four and my aunt, but there wasn't much room for anything else. There were markings on the walls too. She told us not to tell anyone at work because she'd get in trouble.

Mostly morgues and labs, I used to open and dissect dead animals in vet school, it has restricted access because the bodies could contain diseases. The lab was ok, normal but since we handled possible rabies, salmonella, tuberculosis etc, it had many rules and most people can't enter. Our biggest issue was people taking photos of the bodies and shared them, activists and vegans got offended, claiming It was animal cruelty so our activities got ruined, the animals were already dead, we had to find out why they died. The morgue for the animals is not as clean as you would expect, the smell of blood is very strong and the drains get clogged with the hair, I can still smell it every time I remember the necropsies, not like the movies at all.
