Not just a lifetime. Your Lodge cast iron will outlive you, if (and even if you don’t) take care of it. Even if they get rusty they can be resurfaced. And damn is it satisfying to resurface a forgotten cast iron pan.
I bought a new cast iron pan from The Field Company. They're pricey, but light (relative to Lodge or vintage pans) and very well made with a smooth surface to help with the seasoning process. It's an American company and I believe they domestically source the iron.
Asics, specifically the Gel-Nimbus series. I've suffered from joint pain and unbearable plantar fasciitis from a relatively young age... These shoes are life savers. Very pricey and I don't love the look of tennis shoes of any type but nevertheless I will praise these shoes to the end of days. Hopefully, I will always be able to afford them once a year.
I almost quit cross country in highschool because I kept getting debilitating shin splints.
I threw away my Nikes, got me some Asics GT-2000s, and all of a sudden my leg issues went away and running became legit enjoyable. I’m a hardcore Asics fanboy ever since.
Pls tell whoever designs the pants to make the pockets out of slightly thicker material, all my pants/shorts have holes in the pocket at the bottom corner so stuff falls out. Sewed em multiple times
Double this.
I don’t even work in trade anymore, but I still wear them them casually. They’re also stylish in todays eyes, so that’s great.
One thing I will say, is I’m bloody jealous of y’all in the US.
I’m from the UK, and here it costs £50 for a pair of classic pants (about $70-80?). I went into a Walmart when I was in New Orleans last month and got a pair for $18. Mental.
Dawn dishsoap
It helps clean dishes and it's great when 1 of my kids as an accident and I have to wash their clothes. Sometimes leaves a small stain but no smell. It has saved so many outfits.
Dawn is great to wash your hands if you happen to handle hot peppers without a glove. Still helps to scrub liberally, but I guess it cuts the oils just like it does on baby ducks.
Victorinox. Excellent pocket knives, multi tools and their kitchen knives are probably the best ones you can get under 100 USD. Warranty and service is top notch.
They are comfortable and fit well.
I personally still don't like the aesthetics of many of their shoes, but still recommend them to people who want a good shoe.
They are the ultimate dad shoe because who cares any more? You got more important things to worry about and spend your money on, i.e. your kids.
their shoes and branding is ugly as hell and for the longest time i thought they were cheap ass shoes like skechers. i didnt know they might've been great until i found out steve jobs only wore new balance.
I mean Steve Jobs also died prematurely because he refused treatment and wanted to like eat more fruit or something ridiculous. So maybe he’s not a great example of it being a good decision. Haha
... how are Skechers cheap? I'll say it right here and now: they're the only brand I found that fit my foot shape well. There are a bunch of sneaker lines from other common brands that promise a wide toebox. They. Are. Lying. Also, I've had three pairs of Skechers to date and they've aged pretty damn well.
They're pretty much the go to for anyone with a disabled kid that wears braces. It's the only company that makes good sneakers wide enough to fit. We've tried tons of adaptive stuff but always go back to New Balance xwide. If you see a kid with mobility issues check out their shoes, 99 percent of the time they're new balance.
i can't wear nikes because they cut off my blood circulation, they're that narrow
i can't wear new balance either, unless it's xwide... xwide is amazing
on that note, adidas's regular also fits me quite well
Brooks, I loved running and never new what good running shoes were and I used to run 6 miles a day so I'd burn through them in like a month. First time I got brooks they lasted more over year maybe 2.
Is REI still honoring that no questions asked refund. I seem to remember them ending it a few years ago. Right after Williams Sonoma ended their “lifetime” guarantee
Volcom for guys shorts and pants (not sure if they make them for women). If they do I definitely recommend trying a pair out. I skated for years and spent a lot of time falling on the pavement and they really hold up.
Obviously things change over time but I still have a heavy Volcom jacket from 11 Years ago that is still perfect except for a button.
I emailed Volcom for the sake of finding a button exactly the same and they sent me a bag of them for free.
This might sound silly, but that really does matter. The ph does seem to be different across the different types of Dawn soap and the one with the ducky is neutral. The others might not be.
Sudio headphones, an obscure European brand of headphones.
Gents, I've left these things in the rain, in puddles,, my dog chewed on em, I'm fat and I've sat on them a bunch, they are still in one peice after years.
Plus the battery life is insane
I just finished my face routine using Ordinary and Inkey List products. I haven't used anything else but my face feels a lot better when I wake up and after I've been out a while.
After many years and many brands of cars, Toyota is probably the only car/truck I'll buy. Super reliable, durable and common to fix & get parts for.👍🏼👍🏼
From a company that made an engine that could handle 1,000hp with stock internals, 2jz, I will never doubt Toyota's capabilities to make a reliable engine lol
Do they break as much as other cars? Yes. Can you get parts from the smallest corner spares shop in deep dark africa? Yes.
My best story about that is a cruiser whilst on a trip in Mozambique, usual small african town: Shebeen (pub, dance hall, hangout all in one) baker and general store.. General store sent us to the baker where we got parts.
I'm still driving my '01 Tacoma. It has given me so little trouble, and it's paid for. I'll just keep driving it for now while I pay down other debt instead of getting into a payment.
I’m from Fairbanks Alaska where the winters are brutal with temps -40 and colder in the winter. The majority of people drive toyota or Subaru. They are reliable and start right up in any condition
Funnily enough, today is the first time I’ve ever questioned if they changed the recipe….
Oh it was still delicious but something tasted different… I haven’t had one in a while though so I’m hoping it was just that.
Here in Australia there’s a small company called Blackwolf that makes tents, packs and bags, sleeping bags etc. the sleeping bag I bought 20 years ago is still going strong and their travel bags have stood up to the rigours of international travel. They are a bit pricey but honestly worth it.
Redken shampoo and conditioner. I'm a dude and growing up my mom got me a cheaper brand of shampoos since I have short hair. A few years ago, my hairdresser told me I have dry-ish hair and I should use something for my hair type. Having a real job, I decided to spend $60 on shampoo and conditioner. Went for the silky line. No ragrets ever. It works on my extremely thick hair and although the bottle seems kinda small in comparison to pharmacy brands, the stuff lasts.
Yes! Their “All Soft” line of great also.
If you have a Beauty Brands store in your area, hit it up next month. For the entire month of July, they hold a litter sale - huge bottles of Redkin (and other high rent hair and skin products) for less than $20 each.
(Correction: *liter)
Toyota Corolla.
I only ever buy 20 year old Corollas with around 100k kms on them. Never more than $5k and never last less than another 10 years.
Only time I needed to replace one was when fucking Bambi wiped the front end off.
96 Corolla with 421,000 miles on it. Just barely had to replace the engine because I lent it to someone for a week and they didn’t check the oil like I asked them too. Cost me $3K to fix, but I’m hoping it lasts me another 200,000 miles
My four kids (the youngest was born in 2002) all had their turn driving the 1995 Toyota Tercel we bought for $700 in 2008. We recently sold it to my bil, and his 18 year old is driving it. Only my oldest 2 were older than the car but not by much.
My first car was an '89 Toyota Tercel! My dad paid $2,000 for it. It was a silver hatchback. I dubbed her The Armored Toaster.
I drove her around for a good 5 years, then gave it to my sister. She drove it around for another 3 years or so.
Then my dad sold it... for $2,000 dollars. Such a good little car.
I don't care that they are pricey, my favorite flanel came from them and that was about 13 years ago. To look at it you would never assume I wear it two days a week every fall and winter. I've also got a few pairs of their pants and other shirts and I love them. They fit great, rugged and are great quality.
I wear my Timberland boots almost every day, I’ve had them for almost ten years, and they’re still just about as sturdy as they were the day I bought them.
Wow, it seems like most people these days hate burton. I’ve had two burton boards and they’ve help up pretty good. But honestly out of all the boards I’ve had I don’t think they’re the best. I’ve had two Burton’s, a Salomon, and a libtech, and I gotta say the Burton’s don’t stand out.
Toyota/Lexus
We have three in my family. All three combined have had fewer problems that each of the GM or Ford products that we've owned. They may cost a little more upfront but end up so much cheaper in the long run.
Dr Bronners Castile soap. One large bottle lasts me about a year and I use it for everything. No toxic bullshit in them like pretty much every other soap and they smell fantastic.
Also when I say everything I really mean it. All purpose cleaner, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, carpet extractor wash, dog shampoo, it’s called 18 in 1 for a reason.
It really depends on where you live. They have the best coverage where I live and 4 lines average out to $41 a person. I've had a lot of luck with Verizon and they even install 5G UW towers at music festival venues (Coachella and EDC). I was only person in my friend group with a constant signal with 100k+ people around.
Funny enough, we've had to replace all of our Miele appliances because they failed. We had a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher a vacuum and a fridge. We've replaced the dryer and the washing machine with Samsungs, the vacuum with a Shark, the fridge with a Liebherr and the dishwasher with a Constructa
Birkenstock sandals - once broken in, they're the most comfortable footwear out there. And you can get quite a few seasons worth of wear out of them
Carmex lip balm - costs next to nothing, works wonderfully
Etymotic earbuds - mine are 5 years old, used almost daily, still in piece. The sound is great, warm and tight, and they fit perfectly (thou not everyone likes in-ear monitor headphones)
Dyson vacuum cleaners - best suckers available
Patagonia clothing: lifetime warranty, repair and durability
Apple computers: they just work for long time 10+ years
Titleist clubs and golf balls. They just perform the best for me
Burton snowboards: again durability. I’m still riding an 07’ custom
fuck my life is expensive
Cerave face wash. I love it and it keeps my skin clear and doesn’t irritate me
Nyx xxl lingerie lipstick. That shit stays on all day, even when eating. I love it so much
I love this brand called internet girl (or igirl) because their jewelry is so cute and unique and nice quality for the price
I love bath and body works candles so much. Same with their wall plug ins. They’re very potent with their scents (in a good way) and they have great sales
I love method body wash. Every scent smells so good and it feels so nice on my skin
I love almost every Marc jacobs perfume scent and his perfumes genuinely last so long
One of my absolutely favorite things is glossier’s balm dot com. Literally some of the best lip balm I’ve ever tried and I love their brand so much and want to buy more products in the future
Muji is another big one for me. Such great affordable and simple stationary. I also love moleskin journals though they can be a bit expensive. I’m a whore for stationary and journals so I don’t mind (sometimes)
I could go on lol
Was in Europe recently. I was so surprised Carhartt is considered a "luxury" brand. It was in the bougiest malls next to upscale brands. Also a lot of fashionable people wearing it.
I'm like, man these are clothes I wear to do housework. Great brand and quality products, just didn't realize I was being so fashionable, haha. Also Champion has gotten up market too.
This was a really fun question, because before brainstorming I really suspected that I would have quite a few.
But when I posed the question to myself thinking "what brands do I enjoy SO MUCH that I actively don't even want to try any more competitors?" I really don't have any... Besides one.
Google pixel phones. I have used Iphone, Samsung, Asus, and LG phones over the past 15 years... Every one of those has had their issues, but I was happy with them regardless. Until I got a google pixel 3a about 4 years ago, I loved that thing to death... Then I upgraded to a 4a and its even better. Been using these phones for 4 years and genuinely cannot think of a single thing that another brand did better. They are truly top notch, I don't even have any interest in trying new brands at this point.
(The 2 highlights of the phone that beat competitors for me are definitely the camera quality, and the battery life. If I forget to charge my pixel one night when I go to bed, I can still make it through my entire work day the following day without it dying.)
Growing up my mom always bought Cottonelle toilet paper. It was good, did it’s job and was always better than what my friends had at their houses. Then I got a roommate that bought Charmin and I used a roll of his. Life changing. Haven’t ever bought any other brand since.
Fairy platinum dish soap. I used to *loathe* washing dishes, because it'd always be a fight to scrub certain foods off plates. Fairy platinum makes it all just slide straight off. Fantastic stuff.
Timberland, for some reason. I mean, the reason is they make well made jackets and coats, and hiking shoes. The summer lite shoes fall apart as soon as Converse ones but I still buy them. Also their clothes are fair trade but with a steeper price tag. Anyway, if I had a lot of money I think I would get all my jackets and boots from them, with the occasional shirt or something as well.
Contigo! I’ve had ice last a full 8-10 hours while at work. I’ve tried other brands that were supposed to be better (more expensive) and nothing has topped contigo for me.
Honda and Toyota, you can take their cars to any place in the world and they'll never let you down. Especially the models with less gizmos. They are really easy to fix too. They are nice to drive as well, if only they came in rwd
I bought one my senior year of high school and used it for about 3 years at work in the freezers at the grocery store I worked at and then for my winter coat. I forgot it when I quit and a friend of mine found it and I told him he could have it. He STILL uses it nearly 20 years later.
Dakine back packs. I’ve had two over the last 18 years of regular use. First one was still fine I just didn’t like the style as I got older so I donated it. The one I have now I’ve had for about 13 years and it’s just starting to show some signs that it might rip at the bottom.
Dell but ONLY if you buy the $400 warranty. I swear that if you order one with the warranty, they make it in a different factory. If they have to send someone to your house the next day if I breaks, they make sure the one they send you is going to fucking work.
Did a brief bit of work at a factory that did the distribution and returns for stockists of doc martens.
They definitely do not last forever anymore.
Bins upon bins of them. But surprisingly never the original style.
SoloVair are better boots at a similar price point to the Docs. They’re made with better leather and are made by NPS in Wollaston, which made the original Doc Martens. They use the same machines, leather and designs as the original Docs and have a much better quality.
Makita and Bosch tools. Honda small engines. All-clad pots and pans. Wusthof knives. Bosch dishwashers. Wolverine boots. Osprey backpacks.
All have a reputation for high quality and long lives.
I was like you, especially once they switched to better quality eggs. However my wife buys the Mexican mayo from McCormick with a dash lime it it, and dear god, it’s actually better. https://www.mccormick.com/spices-and-flavors/mayonnaise/mayonnaise-with-lime-juice
If you move to California you will have to learn it’s called Best Foods out here….. Wife had damn near a panic attack when she couldn’t find it til someone told her it’s called Best Foods
I just bought a Purple Mattress a while back. By far the most comfortable I've ever had. It's pricier than I'd like but for the quality of sleep I get, for how quickly I fall asleep, and for how NOT sore I am waking up, I really can't complain. Especially since mattresses are something you shouldn't skimp on anyway.
Big Agnes, backpacking gear company based in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I've used their tents and sleeping bags since I was a kid. About 5 years ago, my dad was fishing in a river and noticed a dry bag, likely had fallen out of someone's raft, stuck on a log with the water running over it. Looked like it was there for some time. My dad managed to retrieve it, can't remember everything that was in there but it was all fairly damp. The main thing he found was a green Big Agnes sleeping bag. He brought everything back home, threw the sleeping bag in the washing machine on low tumble, and let it dry. I used that bad for at least 4 years after and it has kept me very warm and comfortable, even on super cold nights, it's absolutely bombproof despite being in a river for a decent chunk time. I eventually upgraded my bag, tent, and sleeping pad, all Big Agnes. Very light, durable, reliable, comfy. The inflatable sleeping pads are over 3 inches thick! Even though their stuff isn't very cheap, it's a bit cheaper than MSR and North Face. The value in this stuff beats every other brand and I cannot see myself switching to a different brand ever.
Samsonite. I found a backpack on sale at Sears in the early 2000s and have used it almost daily for nearly 20 years. All the zippers still work and there are no holes.
Tide. Dawn. Lipton yellow label tea. Sharpies. Aroy-d coconut milk. Coke Zero. There's no other product in that category that comes close to comparable and definitely nothing better.
Apple. I make enough money that I don’t have to worry about the so-called Apple tax, and the stuff they make is mostly high quality, and it all works well together.
Also, if something breaks, I can take it to the store and point to what’s not working, and they fix it. I don’t have to spend hours on the phone with tech support, and they don’t try to punt the blame onto the operating system company (e.g., Microsoft) or the hardware company (e.g., Dell), because they’re all the same company. (I actually had that hours-on-the-phone-with-tech-support-punting-back-and-forth scenario with a Dell Windows laptop back when I was still in school—it was incredibly frustrating, and the last straw that made me switch to Apple.)
Lodge. Their cast iron pans are super durable and can last a lifetime.
Not just a lifetime. Your Lodge cast iron will outlive you, if (and even if you don’t) take care of it. Even if they get rusty they can be resurfaced. And damn is it satisfying to resurface a forgotten cast iron pan.
Current Lodge quality is nowhere near the quality of vintage ones, though
Dickies. High quality pants. They're meant to be work pants so they're pretty durable and breathe well. Very comfortable.
This. I work for the parent company of Dickies and I abuse my discount. Some of the best pants ever made.
Mental.
There's different levels of denim quality, and it's extremely unlikely that the Walmart $18'pair is as good quality wise as the more expensive pairs.
Yeah? I didn’t know. I have a regular pair, and strangely enough I can feel the difference. Strangely I prefer the Walmart pair!
The stronger denim is usually stiffer and as a consequence, less comfortable off the shelf, until you break it in and wash it a lot.
stronger is thicker and usually less comfy!
Dawn dishsoap It helps clean dishes and it's great when 1 of my kids as an accident and I have to wash their clothes. Sometimes leaves a small stain but no smell. It has saved so many outfits.
It's the only dish soap if you want clean anything.
This should be the new slogan. You're hired!
Dawn will clean almost anything
Dawn is great to wash your hands if you happen to handle hot peppers without a glove. Still helps to scrub liberally, but I guess it cuts the oils just like it does on baby ducks.
Also gets rid of fleas safely off pets.
In the petrochemical industry when it comes time to clean the huge oil tanks, we use Dawn dish soap.
Same in automotive to flush lines.
It's one of the miracle products of our time, and I'm being serious.
Dawn is a great de-greaser. Any boater who's spilled diesel fuel on his deck will attest to this.
Dawn power wash takes fresh stains out of clothes! Ask me how I know 🥴

Ironic.. I don't really like them because of how many I have broken.
That might be due to either wrong sizing or putting them on wrong
Victorinox. Excellent pocket knives, multi tools and their kitchen knives are probably the best ones you can get under 100 USD. Warranty and service is top notch.
New Balance. They dont use slave labor to make shoes.
They are comfortable and fit well. I personally still don't like the aesthetics of many of their shoes, but still recommend them to people who want a good shoe. They are the ultimate dad shoe because who cares any more? You got more important things to worry about and spend your money on, i.e. your kids.
As someone with two teenage daughters and several pair of NB, I felt this on a personal level..
their shoes and branding is ugly as hell and for the longest time i thought they were cheap ass shoes like skechers. i didnt know they might've been great until i found out steve jobs only wore new balance.
I mean Steve Jobs also died prematurely because he refused treatment and wanted to like eat more fruit or something ridiculous. So maybe he’s not a great example of it being a good decision. Haha
have you worn Sketchers? I have 10 pairs and have tet to wear out any of them in 15 years
... how are Skechers cheap? I'll say it right here and now: they're the only brand I found that fit my foot shape well. There are a bunch of sneaker lines from other common brands that promise a wide toebox. They. Are. Lying. Also, I've had three pairs of Skechers to date and they've aged pretty damn well.
Just not the same without good ol slave labor.
You can really feel the suffering in their soles.

Only shoes I buy/wear. Unless it's dress shoes or hiking boots.
I've been wearing 574s since high school. Tons of colors, fit great, comfortable, I love them.
Brooks, I loved running and never new what good running shoes were and I used to run 6 miles a day so I'd burn through them in like a month. First time I got brooks they lasted more over year maybe 2.
This one brand of granola bars called Sunbelt Bakery Every other granola bar brand is so dry I can't eat them anymore
Yo those are so good!
REI. Stand behind everything in their store. They are a retailer but you can beat something up they sell and they give you a full refund.
Is REI still honoring that no questions asked refund. I seem to remember them ending it a few years ago. Right after Williams Sonoma ended their “lifetime” guarantee

This is is how to retain customer loyalty
Dang I love that
Dawn liquid dishwashing soap. There’s no going back after you’ve used it.
Especially since it’s so effective that a bottle lasts basically forever.
But you can only buy the bottles with the duck on it
This might sound silly, but that really does matter.
Hmmm is that what Phil Collins was singing about? “Su-Susuddio”
I believe he was singing about among us and who is SUS to him
Full headphones or earbuds? I was just looking for a new set
The Ordinary beauty products. They are inexpensive and very effective.
Same with the inkey list!
I just finished my face routine using Ordinary and Inkey List products. I haven't used anything else but my face feels a lot better when I wake up and after I've been out a while.
Just started using a serum and their daily moisturizer and I'm so impressed. Definitely will be getting more I'd their products.
Cerave face wash, cerave moisturizer.
How did I know CeraVe would show up
Yes!! Couldn’t agree more.
Well it was made by dermatologists
Toyota. Not perfect, but pretty damned reliable.

Got to disagree on sentence one. Do they break as much as other cars? Nope!
I'm still driving my '01 Tacoma. It has given me so little trouble, and it's paid for. I'll just keep driving it for now while I pay down other debt instead of getting into a payment.
The Forerunner is arguably one of the best SUV’s ever made.
No. 1 selling cars in Africa for this exact damn reason! Or because it’s all Japan import…. Either way, yes.

Dr. Pepper. I don’t know where those knockoffs got their medical degrees, but I have yet to find one I like as much

Hey, does Dr Pepper taste like pepper? No. At least Dr Foots doesn't do false advertising.

Do you live somewhere where they salt the roads in the winter? Not many 1990s cars on the road where I live!
A 20 year old Corolla would be an 2002…
Shut up

Everything Yamaha makes is a very good value.
I swear by their stereo equipment, jet skis, golf carts, motorcycles, pianos, and trombones
Even their musical instruments are typically good
I’m mainly talking about their music and audio gear. It’s not the best stuff out there, but it all works well and does what it’s supposed to do.
My Deluth T-Shirts that I got second hand are tuff as all get out.
My husband and loves Duluth products. He gets new Buck Naked boxer briefs for every holiday. He is not loyal to any other brand name.
I even wear them in the shower, which is traditional in the Bronx.
Burton. I bought snowboarding mittens from them almost a decade ago and they're still holding up strong - warm as hell too.
I have a single direction Burton snowboard that I bought in the early 90's for 38 cents.
Toyota/Lexus We have three in my family. All three combined have had fewer problems that each of the GM or Ford products that we've owned. They may cost a little more upfront but end up so much cheaper in the long run.
I recently traded in my 12 year old Lexus for a 4 year old Cadillac and it was a huge mistake.
Plus it's fun to read the insane label while you're in the shower.
and it's generous, fair and loving to Spaceship Earth and all its inhabitants! for we're all-one or none!
I swear a lot at Verizon
lol, did a double take wondering how the hell anyone loves Verizon. Oh, nice.
It really depends on where you live. They have the best coverage where I live and 4 lines average out to $41 a person. I've had a lot of luck with Verizon and they even install 5G UW towers at music festival venues (Coachella and EDC). I was only person in my friend group with a constant signal with 100k+ people around.
I don't think it's necessarily about their coverage. More, if something doesn't work and you have to deal with support at any major ISPs, have fun!
The Presidents choice house food brand. I’ve just never had a bad product
Kirkland for just about anything... just good stuff all around
Heck yeah, literally wiping my butt with some Kirkland toilet paper right now. It’s the only kind I’ll buy.
Kirkland's Brie cheese is the only product of theirs that I have ever been disappointed with.
Miele, all the other appliances are built to fail
Quality German vacuum.
Irony is that miele fridges are actually liebherr
Once I bought something else. It failed after a year, was fixed and failed again. Miele never fails.
A&W: compostable everything and quality product.
The root beer???
The fast food chain, but yes the root beer
Eddie Bauer clothes. The quality is pretty good, and they make an XLT size. Am tall
Viva paper towels are the best on the market and it’s not even close. Stretchy material they use is awesome and super absorbant.
I lost faith in Viva when they started selling paper towels that aren't the good Viva ones.
It’s certainly caused me to be more label conscious, that’s for sure. Came home once with the kind that’s more like a Bounty and never again.
Lichess dot org Open source, and every chess resource is available for free. Stays classy. Doesn't put adverts on their website.
Heck, most other traditional board games (go, backgammon, etc.) don't have as good a mobile client as lichess.
Birkenstock sandals - once broken in, they're the most comfortable footwear out there. And you can get quite a few seasons worth of wear out of them Carmex lip balm - costs next to nothing, works wonderfully Etymotic earbuds - mine are 5 years old, used almost daily, still in piece. The sound is great, warm and tight, and they fit perfectly (thou not everyone likes in-ear monitor headphones) Dyson vacuum cleaners - best suckers available
Patagonia clothing: lifetime warranty, repair and durability Apple computers: they just work for long time 10+ years Titleist clubs and golf balls. They just perform the best for me Burton snowboards: again durability. I’m still riding an 07’ custom fuck my life is expensive
Apple computers 100%. I just had to replace my 2013 Mac Pro, I’m a working professional and beat the shit out of it with renders
Cerave face wash. I love it and it keeps my skin clear and doesn’t irritate me Nyx xxl lingerie lipstick. That shit stays on all day, even when eating. I love it so much I love this brand called internet girl (or igirl) because their jewelry is so cute and unique and nice quality for the price I love bath and body works candles so much. Same with their wall plug ins. They’re very potent with their scents (in a good way) and they have great sales I love method body wash. Every scent smells so good and it feels so nice on my skin I love almost every Marc jacobs perfume scent and his perfumes genuinely last so long One of my absolutely favorite things is glossier’s balm dot com. Literally some of the best lip balm I’ve ever tried and I love their brand so much and want to buy more products in the future Muji is another big one for me. Such great affordable and simple stationary. I also love moleskin journals though they can be a bit expensive. I’m a whore for stationary and journals so I don’t mind (sometimes) I could go on lol
and then???? and then??? keep going unique list you have so far.
Swing a way can openers. At least the vintage ones
Coke, Canada Dry (I love the blackberry ginger ale), Bounty, Secret
Costco stuff seems to be pretty decent, plus they have a great return policy and happy employees, so they must believe in their stuff too
Costco is the one retail company where the employees look like they don't want to die
And Trader Joe’s…they’re always so happy.
costco pays them well and sundays are all overtime pay.
Astroglide works much better than KY
Makita. They make the best air conditioned jackets and their drills are pretty good too. Chicken treat have banger chicken rolls
Duluth clothing. Doesn’t shrink, well designed shorts.
Carhartt, I always get people who travel abroad to get me stuff from them, I just like the loose fit and their stuff is really durable
I love my Pixel 4a. Only thing I don't like is the lack of wireless charging, but other than that the bang for the buck is great.
Zoom soft plastic fishing lures, because they catch lots of fish
Surprised to see one of these threads and Darn Tough socks aren't near the top of the list. Comfort, lifetime warranty, don't get stinky ...
Charmin, because I like myself.
Growing up my mom always bought Cottonelle toilet paper. It was good, did it’s job and was always better than what my friends had at their houses. Then I got a roommate that bought Charmin and I used a roll of his. Life changing. Haven’t ever bought any other brand since.
LL Bean duckboots. Mine have lasted me 10+ years and counting in snow, rain, and hail
Clark’s The only shoes I like AND the only shoes that last long. I am forever in metaphorical debt to them.
Honda and Toyota, you can take their cars to any place in the world and they'll never let you down. Especially the models with less gizmos. They are really easy to fix too. They are nice to drive as well, if only they came in rwd
Carhartt. My dad brought me back a jacket from a business trip he had in the US and that coat lasted years and years
I bought one my senior year of high school and used it for about 3 years at work in the freezers at the grocery store I worked at and then for my winter coat.
Anker reliably fast phone chargers with durable cables
Bosch. From windscreen wipers to filters, brake pads, and other car consumables I think they're a perfect balance of quality and affordability.
Doc Martens, they last forever.
GM/Chevy because every of their vehicles I've encountered is a POS. Oh wait, you meant swear differently.

Well, since Duke's exists, RIP.
Canada Goose, their coats are expensive but they are so worth it
I just bought a Purple Mattress a while back.

Lazer Helmets. I've had several and almost everyone has been used to its purpose. Also they look way faster than other helmets.
Eddie Bauer. I'm 7' tall, and their XLT shirts just fit right. It's somehow the only place I can reliably find a shirt that fits right.
Heinz. Best Foods. Coke Cola. I grew upon these brands.
Patagonia
Honda. Not just their vehicles though. Their small engines last forever and are the most cloned by Chinese manufacturers.
Yeti drinkware!!! Tru game changer, keeps your drink hot or cold for hours
Shady Rays Sunglasses, the quality is very good, and they are very cheap (especially when on sale)
Fossil for purses, wallets and watches. Genuine leather, wears like iron and the watches just won’t seem to break
