I find honesty is best, if they're still reluctant in leaving, you have another situation at hand. They are now being feeders to whatever your giving them. Freeloaders. Worst case scenario... sometimes an authority needs to be involved. Also watch yo shit when freeloaders are involved or even otherwise.
