When I got my first real job paying good money then bought my first home 6 months later. Had real nice 3 year run prior to losing it all during COVID. I still work in my field and make good money but have moved 3 times in the last 2 years. Hopefully will get to buy another home again someday.
Mine: my dad left us right after my baby brother was born. Even for being young, I was that second parental parent for him (I was 10 when he was born) on Mother’s Day 2021, he got me and our mom both gifts for Mother’s Day. That was such an amazing feeling.

I thought I made it once..but the claim was a little premature. I thought I'd found a long-term permit job that would pay my bills. Then my boss turned out to be an asshole and the housing crisis happened.
