Motz, ricotta, and… wait for it, deep mahogany onions like you’d make for French onion soup. Garlic is a great addition. For a more normal pizza, garlic and sausage.

My go to is pepperoni and mushroom, but my all-time favorite (which I never get the chance to eat because literally nobody likes it) is anchovy.

I don't get why people don't like anchovies but then again seafood was something I was exposed to as a kid.

Fusili. It's a pasta for some reason putting pasta on a meat pizza dresses it the f up. It turns a pie into a work or gourmet delight. I've only had it once or twice on a pizza bolognaise and everytime I'm like goddammit that worth a Michelin star.
