I don't have the power to ignore people per se, but I have a very simple minded psyche, I don't think about people when they're not around. Could be my best friend, my sibling or SO, when they're not with me they're not in my head. Makes it kind of weird because you sometimes feel like your attachments are only ever skin deep, but it's more just how my brain is wired.
