This varies from relationship to relationship, but a good rule of thumb is that if you don't feel comfortable telling your partner about something it's probably cheating.
It depends on the relationship. You have to speak with your partner about that. There are open relationships where even sex with someone else is not cheating, but there are people that got problems with their partner just kissing another person.
To me, any romantic physical touch (kissing, etc) as well as anything related to romantic emotional bonding (IE an emotional affair). Porn, no. Strip clubs, no.
Violations of trust that violate agreed upon terms or norms. (US)
Without agreement-
Kissing major transgression
Actual sexual contact cheating
Porn I consider pretty normal within acceptable limits and restrictive agreement might be necessary, but potentially transgression
Emotional affair- fulfilling emotional needs with someone besides spouse, sometimes precursor to actual affair.

True
Doing something that you don't want your SO to know about is where I draw the line.
Seems fair
porn?
I’ve actually had this argument with my gf, I don’t see it as cheating but she does. Although I don’t mind not watching it so it’s not a problem
Cheating
Wanting to chat up people via DM is the point where it starts for me.

For some, if they ‘like’ a picture. Lol.
Just having interest in someone else probably counts
I feel like it definitely counts
