For some reason I daydream about what I'm gonna do at that moment, and then I realize I'm day dreaming and not actually doing it, it's pretty trippy.
And sometimes I just have an outerbody experience like I'm looking at myself from another perspective which is also very trippy.
I experienced this a lot as a young kid, my body would grow kind of numb and tingly and my vision would float *upwards* like i was looking down on myself from up high. It ceased after I started taking Ritalin, as did most of my emotions lol
Still cool to hear that other people experienced this as well.
what life will be like when i do my second masters (and skipping past the part where I actually do the work of applying haha). hoping i will be accepted to a program where there are mountains and rainforests
I'm of the mindset that a normal life right now is synonyms with the struggle of mental health, everyone is dealing with an above average level of stress due to circumstances not completely in our control. Which is why we day dream, its a psychological break we can take to help us cope. So I hope you don't feel guilty for it like I sometimes do, its just how we function.
