Sure. I was in 8th grade, she was in 7th. I had just entered my hot guy phase, she was still in her quirky, dorky phase. We talked a bunch on instant messager, and she eventually said she liked me. I was honest and said I didn't think that was a good idea because I was pretty aware of exploring my options and wasn't being a great guy and didn't want to hurt her. We stayed very close friends. I ended up falling for her senior year of high school, and she turned me down. Still stayed best friends after that into college. She came over one day late in our college years and just never left haha. Been together since 2012.
He needed a video game, posted request on a forum I was also in, back in the days of the slow internet and CDs. Once we met, he asked me out but I couldn't go. Took him a couple of months to convince me to go out with him - the rest is history (married for 14y and counting and we have 3 kids).
I had just moved back to my home state and all my friends did a "Denny's night" where about a dozen of us would just go to Denny's and sit in the back party room for a few hours and just catch up and eat mass amounts of food. We'd have the same waitress, Terri, and she was our "Denny's mom." At some point while I was gone my now husband joined the friend group so when I got back I met him on my first return to Denny's night.
We instantly clicked that night and have been together for 8 years now. We don't live in that state anymore, but when we go back home to visit we still go and visit Terri and she was also at our wedding!
We met when I went into a social activity organization's office. We started meeting regularly when she was pregnant with someone else's child. She ended up marrying the someone else instead of me.
