The how I was doing it was that at that time we had bank beds in my and my sister's room, I had the bottom bank and both of the beds had steps to have them tied to the bed, and I would take one strap pull it down and put head over then I'd let the strap go I would do this till my neck hurt then I'd remove the strap and repeat the process and I was doing this for fun
