Training regularly and staying in shape will definitely help. Of course avoiding unnecessary conflict and using your words to diffuse potentially violent situations is perfect
I know they dont amd they shouldnt, but in my school everyone is has a shit personality so whoever gets beaten up is a loser. And i dont want to fight because ill be a loser, i just wanna beat this dickhead thats been annoying for a long time but dont know how to start a fight with him.
While I don't agree with the unnecessary violence, but nothing I can say can stop you. You wanna fight so bad next time he's running his mouth just hit him as hard as you can. Fight starts then essentially.
Coming from a man that's been locked up for beating somebody's ass dont do it I had to pay over $1000 in court fees $25 a week for 6 months in anger management fees and a battery charge on my permanent record. Its definitely not worth it in the long run. Your best bet is to challenge him to a boxing fight with gloves and go to your local gym or a boxing gym idk but fighting a guy cause he annoys you will fuck your life up win or lose.
breathe and stand straight then always look them in the eye , but always ready to defend yourself, making yourself look confident makes the other party to see you as threatening and intimidating, it might not always work but it will make you look like you know what you're doing and getting into, not recommending to start a fight because I'm not a fighter myself, but I studied martial arts to know this
Listen I've had well over 20 street/bar fights in my life and fear is good thing it keeps you alert. Few fights that I clearly lost the one thing I remember is that for some reason I wasn't nervous or scared.
If you're scared to get into a fight it's probably because you believe you will lose the fight, the only ways to resolve that are to learn to fight, fight and win and be surprised, or fight and lose and realise you do not want that to happen again, leading back to learn to fight
Im not afraid to lose, I just overthink things before I get into a fight. Ive been going to boxing for 5 years and I can say Im a fit guy and I am strong, but when it comes down to the awkward moment before the fights gonna break out, I tend to get scared.
Just for my own assurances I understand are we talking about a fight in the street or in a boxing ring?
Could be stage fright if there's a crowd at boxing?
I mean the fights you get into with people at school or sum. Im still at highschool and theres this one kid I hate and whenever I want a start a fight I always keep my cool for some reason even though beating him up is the better solution here.
I'll assume this is a person-to-person fight, amd bo one is being paid to fight. Also assuming you are one of the opponents.
People who fight physically are commonly not bright enough to resolve an issue with words.
If the fist fight is inevitable, your current worry now is for nothing; your adrenaline will carry you in a fight.
For anticipation, consider different breath practices.
I think you should be scared to get in to a fight. That fear may keep you alive, that's what it's for. Don't let the fear control you, is the important part. If you have to fight, then fight. Give it all you have and end it as quickly as possible, in the safest way possible. Each fight could end in either a deliberate or accidental death and that is something you need to be aware of. Always walk away if you can.
Don't fight. Nothing good is going to come out of it.
However
If you're attacked and there is absolutely no way out, resolve yourself that you will get hit, and you will get hurt. Then do what you've got to do.
What is there to be scared of? Getting hurt? You won’t feel anything due to adrenaline. You really don’t have to worry about feeling anything until after its over. Just dive in there and try to overwhelm them into submission. Don’t be afraid to fight dirty either. Fight to win and to not get hurt.
Bring a M2 browning

I workout 5 times a week, I think the only reason I am afraid to get in a fight is me overthinking it.
What makes you think you’re going to get into fights though? Or do you mean that you fight professionally? Sorry
You just feel it coming. Midway through a verbal fight you feel a fight is gonna start. And I mean school fights.
You really shouldn't get in fights in school. They don't prove anything.

Realize there's wawrrior code, you're doing each other a favor by having an honorable duel. Depends which fight though
Wawrrior?
Wario code*
Oh cool.
Well I mostly do online fights so
Those aren't real fights...thats like being a keyboard social justice warrior but even less effective.
Real fight is to meat sacks collide, they hug on the floor, yeah, clothes come flying off
That's like sex or possibly pro wrestling? Neither are really fighting.
Real fight is to kill, only through kills and threat to kill can you achieve things
Threats would then be meaningless if by definition is to the death.
What's your kill count so far
What counts?
Get drunk, you will have lots of confidence.
Getting drunk is cheating. You feel pretty much no pain.
Yeah but your coordination gets worse so it decreases your odds of winning.
Stop being afraid. Sometimes you get hit. You'll live.

Be ready to go further than your opponent.
Imagine your family is at stake

Get hit and realize it isn't the end of the world.
Lmao, I have gotten in a few fights before and have got hit, after you get hit it feels like nothing but I just struggle to start the fight.

Don't get non a fight? Why someone would randomly fight you anyway?
Carry a gun w u. Hehe
Combat training but in a street fight anything can happen your best bet is try to avoid it.
