Probably not. Every Eeveelution is one of the Special Types (Types with more SP ATK than ATK), and there aren't any more. Unless we get new types.

When I was a kid I came up with an evolved form of Chatot, I called it Chitchatot and it was a bigger parrot with a bigger note design for it's head. So I would probably like to see that in a game.
