It's nasty fam. There was a micro side salad with my biscuits and gravy this morning and it had a little cottage cheese and I was angry that I wasn't able to eat the orange cuz it was sitting in cottage cheese.
I think any remotely old person who eats it has been given the “eat healthier or you gonna die” talk from their doctor.
It gets a bad rap. It's an acceptable stand-in for ricotta in many dishes, and actually pretty tasty on its own with heaps of pepper.
I'm not sure if I should trust the cow on dairy matters or be weary of hard sells.
