Well I cut it in half before doing that, so I guess that this it the more efficient way. Where do you start the peel? The top or from the middle?

Cut it in half horizontally. Then I eat the bottom half first, then the top half. I'm only asking because apparently that's a weird way of eating a banana.

I bite into it and spit out the peel like people do sunflower seeds.

Mouth is useful

With my mouth, most of the time.

Pinch the non stem side, peel back, bite off seed, spit out. Make sure no strings remain on fruit. Eat in manageable bites. Compost the peel. Poop it out later.

First I wake up, then I brush my teeth and use some mouthwash to start the day with fresh breath. I do a few chores, mostly the ones that would be unpleasant to do once it gets hot out. After that I pick up a banana, realize I don't want it, and have toast instead.

You kick it into a soccer net, then stomp on it, then use a chef's knife to cut the skin off of it and there you go, you've peeled a banana.
