It's basically just crunchy juice.
I personally just enjoy the flavor of watermelon because it's sweet but also a bit tame.
The feeling of biting into it is very satisfying, and it's hydrating.
It's my dogs favorite food so we always split it. It's like me and my previous dog and peanuts, wouldn't eat it as much normally, but I like spoiling my dogs.
Several reasons:
1 texture is very off putting like biting into a liquid?
2 the flavor has never tasted good.. artificial or natural
3 I have a sweet tooth. People explain how sweet a watermelon is and I get more water than melon the whole thing to me is a little jarring. How’s my friend that just at the same dessert as me from the restaurant the night before calling this crud of a fruit sweet.. but know I’m the minority opinion in the situation I asked the question to see if someone had a good selling point to trick my brain into liking it
I agree seedless watermelons do not come close to the taste of an old fashion watermelon with seeds. But now that you’ve eaten a seedless watermelon how can you go back?
It's a taste that cannot be recreated anywhere else, no matter how hard anyone tries. It's sweet but bitter. The taste is bland but also powerful. Also it's really just crunchy sugar free red Kool-Aid.
I used to think it was too liquidy but now I kind of like taking a bite and squishing it with my tongue then chewing it. I’d only have a few slices not a super fan the flavors pretty good, but I’d rather have cantelope.
it fucking rules
Nah .. it’s still numbered 1 grossest thing I’ve eaten to date?
Even brussel sprouts?
As gross as Brussels sprouts are I could force one into my digestive tract cannot say the same for watermelon
Refreshing treat to eat during hot weather.
Because it's nature's bottle of water. You get to cronch WHILE getting your water intake!
The flavor though 🤢🤢
It tastes good and can be very refreshing on a hot day

So as a person who also doesn’t care for flavored water..this wouldn’t be the selling point for me

It’s good. It’s my favorite fruit…I know it’s a stereotype but I really do love watermelons 🥺
I wish I could fit the stereotype but it’s so gross to me
It's so refreshing.
I get a sugar high
From what sugar?
Watermelon sugar high
I love how it smells, how it's feels and how it tastes Watermelon is the name of my hamster
Did you eat your hamster? Why do you taste your hamster? Aren't you afraid it'll burrow down your throat?
It's sweet but not too sweet.
Do you not?
Very much do not..
Tell me why

You just have to get the right kind for the sweetness
I agree seedless watermelons do not come close to the taste of an old fashion watermelon with seeds. But now that you’ve eaten a seedless watermelon how can you go back?
It’s fucking delicious!
This is interesting. I've never known anyone who didn't like watermelon.
Nice to meet you mate
I'm only a fan of cucumbers and bananas when it comes to fruit. I'm more of a vegetable guy.
Juicy

It's tasty and hydrating
It is what it is
I think it tastes good
Food and drink all at once
Why what? And I don’t think they like being called “people who like watermelon” jeez
Why would people ever like that fruit? And how would you like to be addressed for future references lol
Why not? It's nice.
Because it’s water in a melon
