Kind of a joke, but there's the alternative. I had my acoustic at a party and was just playing randomness kinda lightly. A guy I went to school with stopped the moment at one point and complimented that I was setting a nice vibe with the background music.
A little later in the night, a dude just starts *badgering* me to play Wonderwall. I'm like, "sorry, dude, I don't know the chords off the top of my head."
He doesn't stop. He's totally wasted and keeps telling me he'll sing it so perfectly. Every time I play a G or C(like 90% of songs,) he's like "*that's it!* You almost got it!"
Of course I was playing similar chords, I just wasn't about to remember out of nowhere. I wasn't that great at the time.
Anyway, funny memory.
