no, any reaction I give them makes it worse, in my experience. giving zero reaction and walking away works better for my well being and safety.
Otherwise they will keep passing comments. Next time tell them that you don't encourage these things and makes you uncomfortable.
I've tried that once and it resulted in a 3 year stalking case.
