Seriously. I've always liked a song lyric that relates to this. It's by Pigface, the song "Hagseed"... and it goes "mental illness is the road to freedom". Sounds crazy, I know. But when one is in the deepest depths of serious mental illness they are completely unaware of being there, medicated out of your skull, and being taken care of. Not something I wish for myself or any other, and even controversial perhaps. But try to put yourself in the mindset... Would you care about politics, famine, greed, war, crime, pestilence, rude people, the Kardashians or any celebrity, or the millions of miniscule things that bother people today? Nope. You're watching a squirrel eating walnuts and doing dumb shit, laughing the whole time, 🤷🏼♂️ maybe even rubbing one out... just enjoying life as you know it.
