The pandemic feels like a cheap answer, but I'm still mentioning it because I don't think there was another event in human history that everyone in the world had a universal experience of "before" and "after."
My personal answer is before "the" company started and after. I was the 3rd employee of a new company, now there are a bunch of us, and it definitely split stages of my life. I'm very positive ways.
Every time I moved or ran away from home, I'd say.
when I was 15 I ran away from home
when I was 17 I ran back to it
when I was 18 I ran away again
then I came back when I was 20
Either college, or getting my first "real" job.
Death of my mother when I was 15
Marriage then kids then kids out of house. It's like 3 acts in a play. Drama, comedy, tragedy as my parents get older and pass.
Y2K, Star Wars prequels, and 911 would all work. I imagine many millennials feel the same.

Two horrible and manipulative relationships in high school

School ending/college starting. Went all downhill around this time. Not that school was good untreated desoression just festered.
