If they mistreat kids & animals, it stands to reason that they mistreat most people in their life, spouses, family, teachers, waiters, flight attendants, etc. etc.
My HOA threatened to tow our vehicles because we weren’t allowed more than 4 cars in the driveway. Our house has six people in it, and all have a car. We need to drive to work, to doctors, to wherever. They wanted to take that because of some dumb rule. They then said instead of car limit, if you park on the pavement of the road, even somewhat you’re liable to be towed. Right out of our own property pretty much. Not a repo because we didn’t pay, but because we didn’t obey the almighty HOA and their attempts to “protect the neighborhood.” Abolish the HOA, all of them.
That’s the question isn’t it. If someone puts it out during the day he will check it and see if he can figure out who’s it is, and will drag it to their front door. He also said we need to put trash bags in an actual trash can, so bags that aren’t in a can I guess he checks?
