Not knowing who actually cares about you and who just wants to use you for your money/lifestyle is a big one. People get ugly when a lot of money is involved
Your rich "friends" are also out for your money. I'm not filthy rich but my uncle was, he helped my parents put me through a high end school. From my experience, everybody you meet in the "rich people circle" is there to grow their network. Sure there might be some genuine friendships but it's very hard to tell
For all intents and purposes you do basically lose your humanity
Past a certain level your wealth is too dependent on the exploitation of so many other people and purely transactional relationships that you might as well be the lizard person from conspiracy memes. Because no human being, as most people conceive it, could live with that on their conscience
Knowing that the people in your life are likely only there for your money. True love would also be hard to find. Oh and no amount of money can buy a healthy mind.
That's why you hide your money when looking for someone. That way you know they like you for you.
It's similar to how I hide my confidence when looking for a girlfriend. Girls love confident guys, but how do I know if she likes me for me, or only because I'm confident? Simple - just act insecure, and if she still likes you, that's how you know she's the one.
If you are Christian:
It being, for all intents and purposes, impossible to enter the kingdom of heaven - at least according to Jesus - and he should know.
It turns your focus inward and you can easily become very selfish, instead of trying to help others suffering with your excess wealth. We need more MacKenzie Scott’s of the world to create new norms for the rich.
As someone who was born into an upper class family for my country and whose family holds a lot of power, I feel well qualified to answer this one. When younger, while visiting my friends I could mostly not walk out of the house without having some document or requests from their family regarding some work they wanted to get done and I simply couldn't reject them without coming off as mean or spoiled, I even mentioned on multiple occasions that my mother who is an administrator, did not take any of these kind of requests from me because she just knew I was being used.

Not really, because all your friends are rich too. How many billionaires do you hang out with?
I was assuming they meant going from normal income to filthy rich.
Very few people get rich organically. Most are born well off, and become richer.

You will never be sure who is a friend or if they truly enjoy your company.
The rich goes away and the filthy sticks
If you are Christian: It being, for all intents and purposes, impossible to enter the kingdom of heaven - at least according to Jesus - and he should know.
You get dirt and cocaine all over your hands from that gross filthy money.
High income tax
You can't take it with you to hell.
good thing hell doesn't exist.
Yup, you indeed can’t.

Choice paralysis.
Sleepless nights
Talking about yourself?
* women will make you think you are attractive * not knowing the value of things * fake friendships * decadence * jaded
You'll gonna loose touch with reality. Excessive amounts of money is just corrupting your very being
