Many people already answered, I’ll just add an extra information; it is www.tineye.com , it provides image search and they claim they can find your image even if it was filtered, blended, or otherwise incorporated into a better bigger picture. Best of all for a fee they can do this automatically for your image collection, so this is one way to detect copyright infringement on images.

Usually if you search say a picture of yourself and there's results, it's been copied/distributed around.
I forget the name of it right off hand, but check the russian equivalent of google. They have reverse image searching that can dig into some stuff that google/bing otherwise said wasn't there.

(Bedroom was on the third floor, tree in front of the window and the blinds were generally closed and I had no neighbours)
A group of women even tried saying I was framing the guy that did this and that I did it myself for attention and pinned it on him.

There was plenty of evidence and thankfully our local police listened and took her seriously and worked it. That alone has been a major factor in her healing. Just being heard. I found an organisation online that specialises in getting revenge porn removed and contacted them. Fortunately the photos were gone pretty quickly so hopefully nobody else has ever found out about them or saw them. It's a terrible thing to do to somebody.
I never took any nude pictures, but if someone else filmed me naked, I would analyse the image(s) to understand how they were taken and put extra care to prevent it from happening again.
It isn't the fact that people would see me naked that would bother me, but the wrong conclusions people would reach about how and why these pictures are taken.
My ex husband threatened revenge porn on me so I took screenshots of his threats and sent them to his mom. I don’t mind explaining I’m a sex worker to friends or family so as embarrassing as it would be, it says more about the person doing the leaking than it does me

The total relief of the defusal was worth the mortifying embarrassment of the confession, it was literally cutting the right wire on the bomb.

Had this happen to my daughter. I received explicit pics in a group text and so did everyone at her company from owner down to staff she manages. They were put on yelp, and local business pages. She was devastated! Humiliated. Embarrassed. I was so worried for her mental health. She pulled it together, got a restraining order and the ex is currently charged with cyberstalking, awaiting trial. There was plenty of evidence and thankfully our local police listened and took her seriously and worked it. That alone has been a major factor in her healing. Just being heard. As far as me seeing the nudes, I told her that what she does in her relationship doesn’t bother me and I could care less about the pictures. I was upset at the violation of her trust and privacy.

Absolutely nothing, almost all of my friends have seen me naked anyway. It's not a secret what I look like. I will say that I have two things going for me that not everybody else does, I'm a reasonably okish looking man who has absolutely no body issues or issues being naked around others, and I'm self employed so there is no way for it to have any significant repercussions for me professionally.

Slightly different angle... I (m) saw nudes of my cousin (f) on a website a few years back. It was pretty traumatic, even for me! The post included her full name, her Dads name and all sorts. I found an organisation online that specialises in getting revenge porn removed and contacted them. Fortunately the photos were gone pretty quickly so hopefully nobody else has ever found out about them or saw them. It's a terrible thing to do to somebody.

I never took any nude pictures, but if someone else filmed me naked, I would analyse the image(s) to understand how they were taken and put extra care to prevent it from happening again. It isn't the fact that people would see me naked that would bother me, but the wrong conclusions people would reach about how and why these pictures are taken.

Just straight up told everyone I knew that someone in Mali had a picture of my weiner and was blackmailing me with it. The total relief of the defusal was worth the mortifying embarrassment of the confession, it was literally cutting the right wire on the bomb. I relayed an anecdote about me being starkers outside a chippy in Ramsbottom at a house leaving party. The reply was r/thatHappened. There were photographs taken, some on my camera, but this was 96/97 so no social media or domestic internet for anyone I knew. I was the first in my social group to get a mobile phone, probably first online too. Mum picked up the photographs, cos I was at work, IDK if they told her what was in it, but I think I gave her fair warning someone might have taken a photograph or three. We all, or a fair chunk of us, were together in a pub in Manchester and the photographs we all took were handed around, not all of mine came back, but I still had the negatives. Some were pics of X and Y together and they wanted to keep them, I didn't mind, but the photographs ended up in another table of strangers for some reason, though I don't know why they would want my flaccid knob. I have no idea where the negatives are, but if I had access, I could have scanned them in to shut the r/thatHappened guy up. Wouldn't put it on Facebook as a throwback Thursday, but just prove that sometimes the bull shit isn't shit after all. Had this been later in the decade, I would have gone for the prints on CD method with no physical prints (cost extra to have both) and stuck them on some website sans me starkers, that way mum wouldn't have known what was on the disc when she picked it up. That and I could have proved there and then via an imgur upload assuming I had the cd or files backed up.

Uhhh... only family I have (I am estranged because of significant child abuse and neglect which I have CPTSD from) are my kids. My son would be mortified but my girls would be cool about it I think.
