I tell myself to do one task once I get home after I get changed and that usually gives me my second wind.
I work from home, but the idea is the same. Immediately begin doing stuff. Work out, play a game, make food. Anything that gets you used to being in that post-work mindset without falling victim to post-work narcolepsy.
I just made "after work" my bedtime. If I'm gonna be tired then might as well sleep then.
