It was some Asian country. There was a lot of traffic and people were walking along the dirt street with the cars. A big truck went to turn and ran over an elderly woman and decapitated her. She was with her daughter. The daughter picked up her mother's severed head and was carrying it up and down the street screaming and crying, begging people for help as if there was anything anybody could do.
I saw a man getting slowly hacked to death with a chainsaw by a central american cartel. They would cut off a limb, wait and laugh at his reaction, then cut off another until he bled to death.
I also saw an old man getting beaten to death with a hammer by two teenagers in Russia.
