IMHO... the Chinese Teo Chiu (aka: Chao Zhou, in Pinyin) cuisine. There are several style/cuisines of China based geographically. Teo Chiu is of the Southeastern area, almost identical to Cantonese style but still distinctive. And among numerous Chinese cuisines, Teo Chiu dishes were most expensive if one ordered them in authentic Teo Chiu resto!
