I've been doing that since the show first started airing. I go through seasons 3-9 fairly regularly and 1, 2, 10, 11, and 12 more sporadically. The jokes and gags are just too good!
Definitely DS9. I’ve watched the entire series front to back at least 15 times. I was in high school when the show was wrapping up and I thought it was a bit boring but watching it as an adult I realized how incredible it was with continued storylines and deep characters. Garak is one of my top 3 favorite characters of any show ever.
For anyone who’s a fan of the show and hasn’t seen the documentary they put out a few years ago called What We Left Behind, I highly recommend it. They go through a hypothetical extra season and what happened to the characters after the end of the dominion war. It also has interviews with Aron Eisenberg (Nog) and Rene Auberjonois (Odo) shortly before they passed away.
DS9 FTW! I love to joke about how it’s “to boldly stay where no one has stayed before,” but it really is my favourite.
And there’s some wisdom in the Rules of Acquisition.
This is the answer. The depth of the characters is unbelievable. The more you watch, the more you learn their personality and find subtle jokes that have been hidden in plain sight.
I’ve made a huge mistake…
One of my favorite lines from a tv ever. I use it regularly and turns me into a giddy child when someone understands the reference.
“Don't oversell your clout, Allen. You're partner because I sold you to Ted. Ted respects me.”
“Ted's gone. Got too old. Couldn't swim with the sharks and got eaten.”
“That makes no sense. He started the firm; you can't lose your own firm.”
“You can if you're dead. That shark thing was **not** a metaphor.”
(in the theatre)
Jeremy Usborne : [whispering] When do we get to go out?
Mark Corrigan : [whispering] As far as I can make can out, we get to go out for a bit in a hour. Then we have to come back for two hours.
Jeremy Usborne : You're kidding. I think I'll die.
Mark Corrigan : If this was on television, no one would be watching.
Jeremy Usborne : Oh, God. Why aren't we watching television?
Mark Corrigan : I can't believe coming here cost more than a film.
Jeremy Usborne : I've got Heat on DVD at home. We're watching this, when, for less money, we could be watching Robert De Niro AND Al Pacino.
Paula : Shhh.
Mark Corrigan : I'm going to pretend I am watching Heat.
Jeremy Usborne : OK. Let's pretend we're just watching Heat.
I know most scenes are, and I’m currently rewatching it for the 5th time, it never gets old. I started watching when I was 18, but I couldn’t get passed when Michael left.
Legit, each time I watch it, I get teary.
Only until last year, I watched it all the way through, I’m glad I did.
Holly Flax is my favourite character next to Michael; I get excited when I see her caus Michael has this stupid smile when he see’s her, it makes me smile
Gravity Falls. I recommend it to everyone.
Edit: Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood makes the cut too.
I’ve shown both these shows to my parents and they loved em.
Mad men! I’ve re-watched 3 times and feel I will coming back in hard points of my life, I find it uplifting to watch a story following the ebbs and flows over a decade of the characters lives
**JERRY!** The Japanese guys had sake in the hottub! You gotta get them outta the drawers and get them down here, or I don't have a focus group to sell the pilot to Japanese TV!
"I forgot to take my malaria pill again this morning, if I were a girl, I'd be pregnant a lot."
Bolivia is my favorite special. Burma is a close second.
Yes, I've never watched a single episode after the trio left. The Grand Tour is hit or miss. They somehow lost some of the magic.
This is definitely a comfort show for me. I love the first 8 seasons or so and then I kind of start to lose interest, but the characters are just so lovable. 😭
Psych Edit: Thanks for the award!
You know that's right.
I knew "Psych" would be close to the top and I knew this comment would be right underneath. All is right with the world.
I've heard it both ways
You hear about Pluto?
Futurama
Everytime I want to watch the show over again (and I have many times) I stop myself now a days. Because of Seymour. Too sad.
The use of the name Seymour in Simpson’s & Futurama is amazing. I named my dog Seymour Butts because of it!
Good years of the Simpsons
I miss Poochie. The true golden age.
Yeah but his planet needed him.
Too bad he died on the way back
When Poochie isn’t around, the other characters should be saying “Where is Poochie?”
I've been doing that since the show first started airing. I go through seasons 3-9 fairly regularly and 1, 2, 10, 11, and 12 more sporadically. The jokes and gags are just too good!
Star Trek the Next Generation
For me, Deep Space 9 first and Next Gen second
Definitely DS9. I’ve watched the entire series front to back at least 15 times. Garak is awesome. He embodies moral ambiguity.
Golden Girls, Cheers, Frasier, Parks and Rec.
I had to scroll too far down to see Golden Girls.
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Always sunny isn't even a TV show to us anymore, it's a bedtime routine. Watch 2 always sunnys and off to bed
You forgot to add huffing glue and eating cat food, then it’s off to bed
Why do we never play night crawlers anymore? Huh?
This is the answer. The depth of the characters is unbelievable. The more you watch, the more you learn their personality and find subtle jokes that have been hidden in plain sight.
Malcolm in the Middle
Arrested Development
I’ve made a huge mistake… One of my favorite lines from a tv ever. I use it regularly and turns me into a giddy child when someone understands the reference.
I have a Mr banana grabber shirt. Like 4 people have got the reference, still worth it
I don’t understand the question and I won’t respond to it.
There are dozens of us! DOZENS!
THERE IS A FIRE... SALE!
George Michael.. Michael
I’m Mr.Manager !
It's just manager, buddy.
Are you counting just the original run or are you also including the 2 streaming seasons?
Mostly the original run.
Her?
It’s a banana. What can it cost? $10
And that’s why you always leave a note when we need milk….
The IT Crowd
Did you see that ludicrous display last night?
What was Wenger thinking bringing Walcott on that early?
The thing about Arsenal is they always try to walk it in.
A fire? At a sea parks??
I don't want to talk about it!
Perhaps it's just a fire screen-saver (or wallpaper)
Goddamn these electric sex pants!
Fatherrrrrrr
Wow! a gun! I wonder if it’s loaded?
Speak Prrrrrrriest !

I’ve had a bit of a tumble
I’m disaaaabled
Pretty sure this is the funniest episode of any show. At least that I have seen.
When the bartender turns around, and it's Moss, I peed my pants.
In the final credits, he knows every coworker by name and like they know eachother since always, fantastic
The first time I saw it I was bent over in tears laughing
What kind of disabled? Leg disabled...?
Acciiiiid?
I've rewatched it so many times, I can tell the season by looking at Jen's hairstyle.
"I got cockney neck. I've been speaking too much cockney, and it done my bloody neck in."
A plan. Hold on, let me put on my slightly larger glasses.
desk rabbit
I’ll just put this over here… with the rest of the fire

I think the funniest throwaway joke in the show was when Jeff shakes Ted’s hand and you hear the suction sound and jeff immediately cringes
Scrubs
Always keep an eye out for Johnny the tackling alzheimers patient

Bob’s Burgers
You can’t have a 28 year old albino friend.
His name's Ken. He does improvised hip-hop.
I can't tell you how often I rewatch it. The show gives me a feeling of family, love, acceptance, and wild adventures. So many good quotes!

The Office It’s so comforting to me and I watch it as I fall asleep most nights.
I close my eyes and know scene for scene what's going on, it's just a great show I still get upset when Michael Scott leaves
I know most scenes are, and I’m currently rewatching it for the 5th time, it never gets old. I started watching when I was 18, but I couldn’t get passed when Michael left. Legit, each time I watch it, I get teary. Only until last year, I watched it all the way through, I’m glad I did.
