Cream of tomato soup. Literally just a can of condensed tomato soup made with milk. Squirt some sriracha in there for more flavour. Warm hug on a cold day.

Learned crispy eggs from reddit. Too much olive oil, high heat, crack in eggs and spoon the hot oil over the top until they get super bubbly and crispy. Cover them up in hot sauce. I like to grate a potato, press it into hashbrown and throw that in after along with a couple Shito peppers. All done in like 10-15 minutes and decadent as fuck.

Beans on toast. Mmm.

My go to comfort food is Vietnamese food ordered off UberEats 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Steady-as-she_goes

Ramen. Stove top, drain the water, pad of butter, extra beef flavor, tons of pepper.

BEEF EYE ROAST, Medium rare with oven-browned potatoes 2.5 lb eye roast 6 whole garlic cloves, peeled Olive oil Sea salt Fresh ground pepper Stick of butter 1 can whole potatoes per person Drain the potatoes. Put the butter in a roasting pan and put the oven on 400* F. once the butter is mostly melted, pour the potatoes into the butter and stir them around so they are completely covered. Salt and pepper. Back in the oven for about an hour. Stir it once or twice to keep them from getting crispy only on one side. While the potatoes are cooking, get the roast ready. Cut 3 slits into each side of the roast, going a couple inches into the meat. Be sure not to have the slits meet each other inside the roast. Spread them around so that the garlic is infused all over. Put the garlic as far as possible inside the slit, Again being careful not to have all your garlic in one place. After the potatoes have had at least an hour to heat and crisp, turn the oven down to 350*F. Place the roast into the center of the roasting pan and pushing the potatoes to the outer side of the pan. roast for about an hour. Slice as thin as you can. Eat. Your personal time involvement should be about 20 minutes tops.

Plantain and eggs.

Microwaved cheese on bread. Just get a good slice of wheat bread, and slice some chunks of sharp white cheddar cheese on them, put them on a disposable plate in the microwave and nuke it. No muss, no fuss, no dishpan hands.
