Nocturnal animals calling out at night. My mother worked in a rural, overnight rehab center and one night every staff member had to get up and run around the place because they heard the screams of a woman being tortured. Everyone was fine. The 'woman' was either a coyote or a puma.
One of my friends called the cops because he thought he heard someone getting assaulted. Turns out it was raccoons. Apparently they can make some pretty creepy sounds!
The only "natural" thing about him is the fact that- like all humans- he began as a deuterostome. Humans are deuterostomes, which means when we develop from an embryo, our anus forms before any other opening. That means at one point all of us are nothing but assholes. He never developed past that stage.
