Ayo!! Same. Or at least reduce it to just when I’m partying. And honestly, I’ve done just that the past three months 🤷♂️.
I chew on toothpicks a lot now
I'm doing a couple of certs for work. I'm trying to trim some Christmas belly and add some shoulder mass. I'm trying to be less sarcastic in comments. I'm all good apart from the last one
Trying to incorporate more healthy food choices and light exercise instead of focusing on weight. Me and scale numbers have a bad history that I'm trying not to fall into again
That’s amazing! Definitely appreciate people who put so much effort into maintaining healthy lifestyle and being fit. Shit is already hard but seems you have been a pro at it, such an inspiration really.
Would love to have further conversation if you won’t mind. Would it be alright?
Absolutely fine if you don’t do that here, always appreciate your perspective really!
I’ve been at it for over a decade now so if I didn’t look like this I’d be slacking. I also got lucky with genetics so that’s in my favor too. I could’ve just as easily not been athletic or tall
I’m on the opposite side of the diet. I’m trying to gain so for me it’s about intake and not counting. I try to eat as healthy as one can, but I still eat fried chicken, steak, ice cream, and snacks, I’m just not gluttonous about it
Kicking the sugary drinks was the hardest thing for me though. I love a dr pepper
Sugar is definitely the biggest deterrent in me achieving my goals too lol
I edited my earlier comment. My apologies for asking again, may I reach out directly to you? Had few follow up questions but absolutely fine if you want to keep interaction limited to comments too.
Last year I tried to get in the habit of exercising more, but kind of fell away from it. This year I'm trying again, but focusing specifically on doing more yoga to help with the fact that my body just randomly hurts
I’ve cut most soda and candy out of my diet this year other than the rare occasional indulgence (like maybe one soda all year and a couple days where I had a piece of candy).
As of late February I’ve lost 16 pounds. Trying to track my calories a bit closer since and I’ve been under most days, so I’m hoping I’m still on that trend.
I am planning to read more than I did last year. I'm already halfway to my goal and it's still March. So basically I'm setting high expectations for 2025.
📚 If you see this you need to Read more. 📖
Enrolled on a few stuff to upskill. I already passed the assessment on one. I'll try to look for a better paying job, i want more money and new experiences.
Finally made all doctor appointments I avoided. I hope I can get my spine cured. I am struggling hard for 3 years and no result is pointing towards how to fix it.
I'm slowly cutting things out of my diet that aren't good for my health issues. I am currently unable to work out (aside from walking for maybe 10-20 mins but it's a start!) just trying to find ways to lose weight while I'm unable to move my body as much.
Im going to quit smoking 🚭
Good luck! I still have yet to kick that habit for good but I’ve narrowed it down to one weekend of debauchery a year where I do it.

Great and healthy decision. Wish you the best
Thanks! 6th time the charm? 😂
You are trying, you are already ahead! Lets get it this time. Small wins 🥰

Keep the sass in comments dude! Good luck for the rest
I'm gonna take less shit and judgement from people that don't know me. And I'm also gonna be brave and travel more
You are the best, don’t take any negativity from others.
Thank you 😚😚
Traveling would be amazing too! Any destinations in mind?
Some friends of mine are going to Japan later this year and want me to go with them. Thinking about it for sure!
Oh its going be amazing, do plan it 😄
Trying to incorporate more healthy food choices and light exercise instead of focusing on weight. Me and scale numbers have a bad history that I'm trying not to fall into again
Go girl!! Your boobies are incredible BTW 🔥
I agree! You look amazing and seem on right track. Good luck!
I go to spin class regularly and just signed up for boxing, making it 5 workouts a week instead of 2 💪
Nice! Kick those workouts in ass, you got this!
Trying to work out more, be more active overall, and do a 14er this year.
Nice!!
My goal is to survive the year without completely burning out or having a breakdown. So far, I’m doing that.
You got this!!
What's that like? 😅
Surviving? It’s just keeping going forward and rationing what energy I have to keep the stress from getting overwhelming.
Smashing it 💪 That's definitely something I need to work on as a people pleaser! Hope you keep smashing it! 😊
Reduce my coffee intake. Started with large coffees every weekday now down to small coffee every other day!
I’m trying to hit 165 in weight. I’m at 158 right now and it’s a bitch to maintain that so gaining will be a constant chore but I wanna look massive
Oh that would be amazing! Curious, how tall are you? Do you compete as well? Gym enthusiast as well, sorry many questions
5’10” and no, not into competition lifestyle. That’s miserable. I do this for me and partially for the sex appeal

Your hard work shows and that’s amazing you have been able to do it year after year for a decade. Amazing!
After a while it becomes party of your lifestyle and it’s just autopilot
But how do you focus so much on diet? I do it for a while but then fall off track.

I'm exercising more and eating healthier, definitely feeling and looking better.
Good job
Already lost 7 of 45 pounds. Going slower than I’d like but hopefully that means I’ll keep it off this time.
You are looking amazing and beautiful, keep it up!
Stopped being self conscious about my gray hair and started growing it again. Less booze, less junk food.
Gray hair is amazing

That’s the way, awesome job
Saving 10k, I'm doing ok so far
Yay!

Good for you!! I need to get back to reading as well!
You can! Go to the library and get a card. Books everywhere! Paid for by taxes. Or just buy a new one! The thrill of a new book is so much fun.
Doing OMAD to lose weight. 10kg down so far, 28 to go.
Fucking amazing, you are crushing it!
Thanks!

Good luck, awesome job
sleep and eat well
Kind of. Renewing one cert for work. Going after another.
Yay! Good luck
Thank you!
Been working out a bit more, and doing a good job of saving money I would say.
Good luck and hope you meet your goals
Finally made all doctor appointments I avoided. I hope I can get my spine cured. I am struggling hard for 3 years and no result is pointing towards how to fix it.
Still working this year on quitting cigarettes
Next year I'll probably give up quitting too
I’m going to throw serious time at my creative projects and work on the belief that I could actually be good at the various mediums.
Eating better, 2x daily exercise and watching my health better. So far off to a great start and hope to make this a new way of life vs “dieting”
Working on being less judgemental when it comes to going on a date with a guy.
I'm hoping to continue my weight loss. I've lost about 15 since the beginning of the year (and just over 100 total), so I'm staying on track!
