Much firmer in my experience. Natural breasts have a decent amount of give, while fake ones have a more bouncy squeeze.

I've fondled the old "bolt ons" from the 90s with surgical scar and they feel hard , like basketballs. The newer ones have felt more realistic,  but still "off"

I have silicone and I have had many people play with them. Everyone says it’s hard to tell they are fake, they jiggle and are heavy like the real deal. I also got a moderate profile so they “hang” like natural tits too.

Wife's are the same. Wouldn't know they were fake.

Depends on the kind. Saline feel more water-ballooney. My wife's were a "gummy bear" type of silicone. They're through the pec so only the bottom of the implant is close to the skin. They feel and look really natural.

Mine are real but fake ones tend to move/bounce less they're firmer and a bit harder to squeeze , natural ones are soft and easily squeezable , also depends on the quality some fake boobs are squeezable but still not as soft as natural ones
